Jonathon Paul Hauenschild, Esq.

Mr. Hauenschild received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Oak Brook College of Law & Government Policy. While attending the Oak Brook College of Law, Mr. Hauenschild served as a student editor on the Oak Brook College of Law Journal of Law. Since graduating, Mr. Hauenschild has drafted appeals, memoranda, pleadings and other documents filed with various courts. Mr. Hauenschild is admitted to practice in California, to the United States Supreme Court, United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and to the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Hauenschild is active in the Oak Brook College of Law Alumni Association, currently serving as the Association’s Vice-President. He is also active in politics, currently serving as a Deputy General Counsel for the Young Republican National Federation and the Chair of the Constitution, Bylaws, and Resolutions Committee for the Pennsylvania Young Republicans.
Lael Weinberger, Esq.

Mr. Weinberger is a graduate of Oak Brook College of Law (J.D., summa cum laude) and Thomas Edison State College (B.A., History). Prior to joining Franklin Adams, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Daniel T. Eismann, Chief Justice of the Idaho Supreme Court. Mr. Weinberger is licensed to practice law in the state of California. In addition to his work with Franklin Adams, he is pursuing graduate studies, focusing on legal history, at Northern Illinois University. Mr. Weinberger has published multiple academic articles related to business law, constitutional law, philosophy, and religion in a variety of law reviews and journals. He contributed a chapter on American legal history to an academic work on jurisprudence, *Jurisprudence of Liberty,* ed. Suri Ratnapala and Gabriel Moens (LexisNexis, 2011). Most recently, he was a contributing author to *Advising Minnesota Corporations* (Juris Publishing, 2011). Mr. Weinberger and his wife, Sarah, are fans of books, classical music, and good conversation
